Return Policy
Limited 10-Day Return Policy
Due to the timely and seasonal nature of our product, we have a limited 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return, less shipping charges. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) and/or item set(s) must be returned in full and in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with the original tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to include your original receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us via email at returns@hannassampleoutlet.com. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Any item(s) sent back to us without first receiving return confirmation will not be accepted. Damages and Claims
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Discrepancies with your order must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt of the order.
To file a claim, email returns@hannassampleoutlet.com with the following information: your original receipt or proof of purchase, the damaged item's name and item number, and a description of the damaged merchandise. Please hold onto the damaged items and its original packing including box until we let you know if we need the item(s) back or not; do not dispose. We may request you email us photos of the damage as well.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased with gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you do not want within the accepted return period and policy guidelines; once the return is confirmed, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund, less shipping charges, was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@hannassampleoutlet.com
