Do I have to be a licensed retailer to make purchases on Hanna's Sample Outlet site?
No. Hanna's Sample Outlet is open to ALL shoppers whether you are part of the general public or a licensed retailer: retailers please note we do not sell wholesale here. Our parent company, however, is a wholesale company that sells directly to licensed retailers only.
The item I'm interested in buying has 3 pieces in its set, but I only want 2 of the 3 pieces. Can I just buy the 2 pieces I like without having to purchase the complete set as shown?
No. Our item structure and set pricing has been specifically designed to provide the most bang for your decorating buck. The majority of our products are packaged and sold in complete sets, as this offers tremendous savings on shipping and handling as well as warehouse processing time, and allows us to pass those savings directly onto the end consumer. To break up our set structure or sell our items individually would require us to charge significantly more per piece, and we don't feel that's fair to you.
Can you explain your set pricing and ordering in set quantities?
Our sets are sold with all the pieces shown bundled together as a single item, so even if there are 2 or 3 pieces within a set, the set pricing is for all the pieces shown. For example, if you see an item that is sold as a Set of 3, that means all 3 pieces (the 3 styles shown) are included in the set price. If you purchase multiples of a set, you will get multiples of the pieces shown.
Where do I enter a discount code on mobile view of website?
On mobile view, when you enter the checkout process, click to display "Show Order Summary" and you'll see a field to enter an valid discount code.
How do I pay by credit card on mobile view of website?
Under Express Checkout, click to "Show More Options." Below contact and delivery information you will find a field for Payment / Credit Card information.
